- In development. DS Dash is under development. Test releases may contain bugs; features may change or be removed without notice.
- At your own risk. You install and use DS Dash at your own risk. Back up your savegame before installing. No liability is accepted for problems in your savegame, on your computer or in your server experience (incompatibilities, instability, data loss). DS Dash is provided "as is".
- Game compatibility. DS Dash hooks into the game's instrument system and input handlers. A game patch, another mod or a server configuration may change its behaviour; compatibility is not guaranteed in those cases.
- For the game only. DS Dash is a game tool. Do not handle your phone or tablet while driving a real vehicle.
- Brand names. Farming Simulator and GIANTS Software are trademarks of GIANTS Software GmbH. John Deere, Fendt, Case IH, Steyr, New Holland, Valtra, CLAAS, Deutz-Fahr, Volvo, Mack and other brand names belong to their owners. DS Dash is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. The screens are an interpretation of the in-game look and contain no image files of the game or the manufacturers.
- Links. Third parties are responsible for the content and privacy practices of external links (Discord, Dostlar STUDIO, Dostlar Konağı).

Terms of use
- Service. This site presents DS Dash and offers its installer for download once it is released. No account is needed and no information is asked from you to use the site.
- Official source. DS Dash is officially distributed only from this site (launcher.dostlarkonagi.com) and from addresses announced by Dostlar STUDIO. A copy obtained elsewhere cannot be guaranteed to be unmodified and up to date.
- Local network and devices. The DS Dash program serves the dashboard on your computer and, if you enable it, to devices on your local network. A phone or tablet is added with a one-time pairing code shown by the program; paired devices can send commands to the game. Only open the program to the local network on networks you trust, and remove devices you no longer use in the program's window.
- Acceptable use. Use DS Dash and this site normally: do not try to access other people's computers or games without permission, do not attack the site or its infrastructure, and do not try to bypass security measures.
- Name and intellectual property. The DS Dash name, the code of the program and the mod, the screen designs and the texts on this site belong to Dostlar STUDIO; how they may be used is described in the license. Game assets, brand names and third-party components are subject to their owners' terms.
- Support and continuity. DS Dash is developed on a voluntary basis. There is no commitment to support, updates or availability. For bug reports and suggestions, write to us on Discord.
- Warranty and liability. The disclaimer applies to warranty and limitation of liability. Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
- Changes and governing law. These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page and the date of the last change is shown at the top. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The community's general terms of use: dostlarkonagi.com/kullanim-sartlari.
License
DS Dash (the Windows program, the phone dashboard and the FS25_DSDash mod) is closed source.
- You may use it. You may install and run it for personal use, in your single-player games and on the servers you play on, on your own computer.
- You may share. Sharing screenshots and videos is welcome; just mention the DS Dash name.
- No modification. You may not modify the program or the mod, reverse engineer them or reuse their parts in other work.
- No re-uploading or selling. You may not upload the installer or the mod to other sites, file sharing services or archives, sell them, or put them behind a paywall or forced advertising. Link to this site instead of copying the file, so everyone gets the current version.
- Third-party components. The license texts of Electron (MIT) and Chromium (BSD) are in the install folder. ws and qrcode-generator are MIT licensed; the Bricolage Grotesque and Instrument Sans fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Privacy
This site
- No cookies, analytics or advertising are used. Fonts and images are served from our own domain; no request goes to a third-party server such as Google Fonts.
- The site is published through Cloudflare. As the hosting provider, Cloudflare keeps access logs for connection security and caching; these logs contain IP addresses. We do not look at this data per person and do not share it with anyone.
- If you email us, we only process the information needed to continue the conversation.
The DS Dash program and mod
- DS Dash runs on your computer and your local network. It does not send game data (vehicle instruments, cab display, farm overview) to the internet and does not collect usage, statistics or advertising data.
- The mod writes its data to the DS Dash folder in the game's profile folder or in your computer's application data folder; the program reads these files and passes commands back the same way.
- The program keeps its settings, the list of paired devices (device name and key), dashboard layouts and its own log file in the application data folder on your computer. This information is not sent to us.
- A phone or tablet keeps its device key and view preferences in the browser's local storage. On an iPhone home screen dashboard the key is carried in the address.
- Discord, Dostlar Konağı and other linked services are subject to their own privacy policies. The community's general privacy policy: dostlarkonagi.com/gizlilik-politikasi.
